Matters Needing Attention for 20KW AC DC converter

* This equipment should be used in an environment that meets the design specifications, otherwise it may cause equipment failure, and the resulting equipment abnormality, component damage, personal safety accident, property loss, etc. are not within the scope of equipment quality assurance
*When operating the products and equipment of our company, we must strictly abide by the relevant precautions and safety instructions provided by Senku Company. The safety precautions listed in the manual only represent the part that Senku Company knows, and Senku Company will not bear any responsibility caused by violating the safety standards of general safe operation goods. *The personnel responsible for installing, operating and maintaining our equipment must receive strict training, know all kinds of precautions and master the correct operation methods before carrying out relevant operations
* Please abide by local laws and regulations, and the matters in the manual are only supplementary explanations
* During installation, operation and maintenance, it is forbidden to wear watches, bracelets, bracelets, rings, necklaces and other conductive items
* During installation, operation and maintenance, special insulation tools must be used.

* During installation, operation and maintenance, when touching any conductor 14 surface or terminal, you must use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the contact point to confirm that there is no danger of electric shock.
* It is strictly prohibited to install and remove the power cord with electricity. During operation, the power switch must be turned off. * Before turning on the power supply, you must first confirm that the electrical connection is correct.
* It is strictly prohibited to install, use and operate outdoor equipment and connecting cables under severe weather such as thunder, rain, snow and strong wind. The tamper-proof label on the module is an important basis for product quality assurance, so please do not remove it.
*The nameplate of the module contains important parameters related to the product, and it is strictly forbidden to think that it is altered or damaged.

2.2 Transportation and storage
When transporting products, a firm packing box shall be provided, and the outside of the packing box shall comply with the relevant national standards. During transportation, direct wetting of rain and snow and mechanical impact shall be avoided. When the products are not used, they should be stored in packing boxes in dry, ventilated warehouses with a relative humidity of not more than 80% and no corrosive gas.

2.3 Maintenance and replacement
1.The dust-proof net of the cabinet should be cleaned and dusted regularly to avoid dust accumulation at the air inlet, which will lead to high internal temperature of the module.
2. In case of unrecoverable failure, please replace the module directly
-Module without hanging ears: rotate the module lock to the open state, hold the handle with one hand, drag the module with the other hand, slowly take out the module, slowly push the new module into the insertion frame, and then rotate the new module lock to the locked state.

-Module with lugs: rotate the module lock to the open state, loosen the lug screw, hold15 the handle with one hand, drag the module with the other hand, slowly take out the module, slowly push the new module into the insertion frame, rotate the new module lock to the locked state, and tighten the lug screw.

3 Use environment
* This product should be placed in an area far away from liquid, and it is prohibited to install it under the water leakage positions such as air conditioning ports, vents, and outlet windows of computer room, so as to prevent short circuit caused by liquid entering the equipment and ensure that there is no condensation in the equipment.

* The use of charging module (pile) should meet the environmental regulations in relevant national standards, and the outdoor protection level in general environment should reach above IP54 -Avoid using in offshore environment or outdoor land near pollution sources and in environment with only simple shelter, otherwise, it will easily lead to product failure, and the resulting module failure is not covered by warranty. Pollution sources include but are not limited to the following aspects:
* 4 km radius from high salinity (such as ocean)
* It is 3km away from heavy pollution sources such as metallurgy, coal mine, thermal power plant, chemical industry, rubber and electroplating. * * 1km away from light pollution sources such as food, leather and heating stove
* Avoid using in the surrounding corrosive and insulating material environment, otherwise it will easily lead to product failure, and the resulting module failure is not covered by the warranty. * use altitude within 2000m, more than 2000m need derating
* Please avoid installing and using this equipment in gas stations, gas stations and other places that require safety and explosion protection for electrical equipment. * Special users should put forward when ordering to ensure that this product can work reliably.
